Placed an order with this webshop. Unfortunately due to the automatic entry, the wrong zip code entered (parental home instead of current address). This indicated equal to them. They kept me on the line for more than 6 weeks that I had to wait and the package would come back to them. Now it is said that the package is lost and there is nothing they can do. I find this extremely NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. They don't even look for a solution. Giving a discount code or half back would have been enough. They take 0 responsibility. Don't order here, bad customer service !!!

Never had any complaints and fast delivery. When I read some of the problems of others I feel that they are doing very well when they complain about such little things that just get fixed. 👍 Great company

my previous review turned out to contain information that was incorrectly given by an employee of bol.com. I have been in contact with the webshop-outlet by telephone and they have explained how it came about that I had received the wrong product (a third party changed the product offered via the bol.com site) unfortunately Bol.com does not feel the need to ensure that this should not be possible, while as an intermediary they are responsible that any form of information that comes to them remains unaltered and safe. I therefore wonder how reliable and safe is my personal information at Bol.com? I cannot judge a number of things with regard to webshop-outlet, but that they take the time to resolve errors, even if they are not caused by themselves.
