For me Harlingen is the city of all seasons. Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter you can go and enjoy the surroundings walking around but of course, lesser pleasurable this time because of the pandemic but the city still offers the charm. Especially at night with all glitterings light in the city and the harbor and you will see people enjoying with a cup of coffee in their hands while talking to each other. You can see also the terminal of the Ferries from Harlingen going to the islands of Terschelling and Vlieland. People are not tired of going around and so, I’m I. 😄Im not tired of watching them ... ***********❤️ Harlingen is one of the Frisian eleven cities and has almost 15,000 residents. It’s the fourth largest city in Friesland and is very important to the province because of the harbour. It’s also an important link with the Wadden islands. You can take a boat from Harlingen to Vlieland and Terschelling.

This city on the Wadden Sea is definitely worth a visit, even if you do not travel to the Wadden Islands. A pleasant fishing town with pleasant shopping cafes and restaurants. Especially in the summer months worth visiting, especially for sailing enthusiasts. Also very suitable for kite surfers.

A very nice place 'Nice and picturesque. Beautiful facades of houses, beautiful skyline and of course the view of the Wadden Sea.
