SIB-Utrecht

Very nice association with a super interesting lecture every other week, free of charge in Instituto Cervantes. The parties and drinks are always fun, just like the trips :)

They always say "SIB-Utrecht, an association that has a good balance between content and fun". I have been a member of SIB-Utrecht since my student days. This is an association with a lot of warmth, where you can also make good friends and learn more than just your own field in addition to your studies. There is no hierarchy, your input is listened to and there is no hazing. In addition, you can even choose to give something back to your own city, in the form of organizing lectures! I did not necessarily contribute to this myself, but I did experience it as something that the association and its members can and can be proud of! It is true what they say, you come in for the content side of the association, and stay for the fun side (full of parties, drinks and trips). Thanks for the nice student days!

Not a member, because too old and not a student. But even then the association is a relief compared to associations that are in the news. Their lecture program is always a lot of fun to follow and completely free! The drinks to which we are always invited on the lecture evenings are great fun! Recommended for all Utrecht students!
