Does not even deserve one star. I ordered salmon. After a long wait it came raw in the middle. The kitchen made another for me - this time overlooked edges and cold in the middle. Frozen fish. I refused to pay. A family at the next table also had to complain. BEWARE!!!!!

Harlingen is a nice town. If you do not want to miss the boat, make sure you are well on time, you can still walk in the center and eat delicious fried fish in various places so that you can take the boat trip to Terschelling with a full stomach.

Very tasty food for a decent price. Nice location, especially because something constantly happens in front of you. The owner is a nice sober guy that you can laugh with!

Nice basic restaurant on the harbor. Small affordable dinner menu within walking distance of the old center. Parking for motorbikes fine, but somewhat more difficult for cars.

A group of members of my family and I went to the Tall Ships race. We had to wait a long time after fifty minutes the boss of the restaurant came and arranged for us to receive our order. Some of my relatives commented that the division of tasks was rather sloppy and that with the seven members of staff they should be able to handle the crowds. After the time it turned out that seven other staff members should have helped but took time off shortly in advance (even with the owner and cook in the ministry, they were now too few). The food was average and if half the staff had not taken time off, the waiting time would probably have been good enough. The view from the balcony was also beautiful during the Tall Ships race and that was not a punishment so we ordered again. The second time, the owner himself helped us immediately and it went much faster. Because the owner was busy writing down the orders on paper instead of putting them in the computer, we had to remember our order ourselves at the checkout. That worked out well and in the end we sat and drank quite a bit. It was also nice with the heat that it passed through there well.
