Far away and expenive No shuttle

A rare weird experience. Never thought I would give a parking lot a bad review. I'm just assuming it was a bad day, but the employee refused to speak to anyone other than the driver of the car, even though this was not the person who would pick up the car again and we just had a simple question about it pick up the car. Vousvoying does not help if the message is delivered unprofessional and unfriendly. I can imagine that customers are sometimes annoying or annoying, but this is no reason to treat us so unkindly. Parking, shuttle bus etc. fine and the collection went smoothly.

If I could give 0 stars it was still too much (-10 sounds about right). Incredibly unfriendly and cranky people who were absolutely unhelpful and just barely yelled from the parking lot to ask a simple question. We also had to pay much more than was indicated.
