Very unpleasant owner. Went in with my son and almost refused to attend us. Well stocked and close to old harbour.
Nice shop with a nice assortment. Owner is someone knowledgeable and honest advice, not the type of slick salesman who puts syrup around your mouth.
Top shop and the owners know what they are talking about. Don't understand the reviews that they are surly. These are difficult times for the entrepreneurs and unfortunately the shop is small and only 4 people are allowed. Then you don't have to look around unnecessarily and hang around how nice the store is. They try their best to make something of it and they don't want a fine either.
As soon as we entered the store, we were literally talked out of the store. Very inhospitable. I understand that at busy times you do not want to have the store full because of the corona measures, but we arrived at a time when the Noorderhaven was practically empty and there were no crowds in the city. The way the owner kept making comments made us feel bad. In any case, we will not return, physically or online.
Fortunately, I rarely feel as unwelcome as I do in this store. Do not come here to see if there is something nice for you for sale because the owner does not like that very much, I have noticed.
