Truck service not competent. I came to change batteries,but they said that it's(batteries) in good condition. And after 2 weeks,have staying for 6 hours and couldn't start the engine.

Well a serious fail I had hoped that, unlike predecessor Dijkstra, Wensink would be better. Dijkstra managed to sell you original parts, while aftermarket definitely better and for 10% of their price. But now bought at Wensink Ceentje and exchanged the old one. Everything fine you would think but true it not that: Sales agreement would be sent by email the same day, so no. Indemnification certificate would be sent by email within half an hour, so no Warranty agreement would be sent by email the same day, so no. Finally a day later received the indemnification certificate after emailing and calling the head office and sales in Emmen. Two days later received the purchase agreement .... Three days later I received the purchase agreement with warranty, but only after the sales department in Emmen had informed me whether the car was satisfactory. Well and then dare to ask for a good review .... I can only say 1 thing: Lemon is a fun and wonderfully stubborn brand, we have had about 10 of them now. No more Citroen from the dealer in Emmen for us ...
