After not having heard anything for almost a week, I receive an email that the window is out of stock ?? Most common windshield of an aygo, only called in April late but Friday afternoon another one and he will replace the window the following Monday. they were certainly fine around here, but be honest

Hello dear review visitors, Hereby my review normally I do not but this one just deserves it. I have specially created an account for this. 1 word WORTHLESS (communication from lick me r ** t) The 2 gentlemen had a visit, wrong car window so they would arrange something with the supplier and / or the dealer. They would notify me in the meantime if the correct one was arranged or not. I have not been called so after 5 days I call the office and they have not even been informed by the gentlemen. The lady on the phone would get me back later in the day. I could wait a long time because she didn't call. I call them again after a day or 2 and get another lady on the line and I get to hear the same song again that she does not know anything about it and would call me back later. Rara 3x guess NO do not call back !!! They are allowed to keep their child behavior with them If I could give them 0 stars I would !! A man's word is hard to find among the gentlemen from Emmen. Greetings
