Almost arrived in emmen and then a ignition coil broke, fortunately I could go straight to menges and de Vries and immediately fixed and fortunately I could continue, super service!

After seeing a beautiful Peugot on the internet, we had telephone contact with Anne-Wim. We then made an appointment for a test drive. In the meantime I had some questions that Stefan answered above expectations by email by also sending the full maintenance history. Even if a detailed question came from my side, it was answered professionally. On the day we came, we were received very warmly by Anne-Wim. Because he was busy for a while, we got coffee and the freedom to view the showroom and the car. The showroom was neatly clean and also corona proof. Anne-Wim explained a few things to us after which we started the test drive. We liked the car and we made the purchase. Some arrangements were made to options where we asked if we could pick it up a week later. Anne-Wim would do his best but could not guarantee anything, which was understandable. Contacted Thursday and talked to a mechanic who told how the status was. Anne-Wim called on Friday that we could pick him up on Saturday, but that he was not there. On Saturday we were warmly welcomed by Stefan who explained everything that had been done to the car and we could enjoy the long drive back. I definitely recommend this garage company and would even like to give it 10 stars. The communication, the nice sales conversation, a warm welcome, customer-friendliness, the fulfillment of the agreements and above all the honesty, I believe that I will definitely buy a car here again. Compliments men!
