A short while ago bought fine and well-fitting shoes from Pantofola d'Oro, unfortunately the tongue of the shoe released after a month (production error). Returned to the store with this and they offered to have it repaired free of charge. The only drawback would be that I would lose them for 2 weeks. At that time I did not have any other shoes with me and because I liked the shoes so much I wanted to buy a second pair. This gave them enough time to repair the “old” and I got an extra well-fitting pair. When I wanted to pay for the extra pair, the lady at the checkout indicated that I received them free of charge. I call this service that makes you happy! After a few weeks I picked up my repaired pair and still enjoy both! Thank you ladies and gentlemen from Ziengs!
