After 4 weaks and intervention from the Apple support AMAC was able to "diagnose" the problem with my MacBook Pro: It was the same text I dictated them 4 weaks ago.... no words about what are they going to do, still waiting on the repair. No chance to call through to the "technical support", eMail replay time: 10 (!) days.
