Excellent service: the clasp of the beautiful silver necklace with pendant that I had received as a gift was defective after a few months. I didn't have a receipt. After sending it I received it back (registered) after 2 days, as new, or maybe even new. No fees were charged, all based on trust: chapeau!

I'm still waiting for my flying brooch, it is still not made. We are now almost a year further. Isn't it time ??? We will pick it up at the end of this month, ready or not. We have had enough of it. Please answer.
