After many months no newspapers have received more, I once phoned Frowein. The first reaction was: we will address the delivery person. When after a week the newspaper did not yet appear, the second reaction was: oh, I see that it is a female delivery person, we are going to arrange it. When nothing happened the following week, the final reaction was more honest: sir, my head is overflowing, we cannot get any deliverers from Emmen for whole pieces. The young people would rather sit on the couch with their playstation .... The latter will undoubtedly be true here and there, but I would have preferred honesty on their part anyway. I was indeed informed that the papers have to be picked up at the local store (Bruna).
