I do not recognize myself in negative reviews at all. They gave me great advice by phone and then quickly sent me a beautiful package with two pullovers from Cavallaro. Top quality products and service!

Lousy service, lousy company. Saturday bought a jacket at the end of the day. Then immediately called on Sunday morning to inquire that I would like to return the item, this was no problem. On Monday morning immediately try to return the jacket in new condition with the bag and receipt included (at the branch in Emmen, which is closed on Sunday), indicating that this was no longer possible because the card was no longer attached that they had in the store. cut it off and threw it away. In addition, the product would have been worn because I walked out of the store with the jacket. Where you expect to receive some service and attention at a physical store in a notably high segment, this is absolutely not the case here. After several times by phone & e-mail contact and having told my story you will not get anything back as a pre-set e-mail stating that they are not going to help you, and you should keep the jacket and should not have bought the jacket. Simply a worthless company where you can expect absolutely no service. No effort is made to look for a solution that may provide a good outcome for both parties. In short, if you think about buying a product, order it online, because even with an online store you have more time to think and service than with this company.

One star is still too much !!!!! What a bad service. Half a year ago we bought a pair of desquare2 shoes for my son. The stitching was completely torn. Soles and to clean them we bought a special cleaning agent on their recommendation, this completely destroyed the shoes. The shoes have been sent in and it was stated that they do not provide a warranty and that they even found it outrageous to find how we handled this shoe🤨 downright ridiculous and we will never come back here to buy anything

I came in in old sneakers and an old jogging suit because I had just done some DIY. Before we went out for dinner, just drop in at Derksen for super sneakers. I bought a lot here, although the old building, but will not go there from now on. Felt like I was being judged by what I was wearing. I was not used to.
