Yesterday we did a sweat lodge ceremony with a group of 7 women. It was a great experience. Anno and Gisela are lovely and hospitable people. They live in a beautiful place. With Anno we did the preparations and Gisela did the guidance. It was a wonderful earthly adventure in which I could be completely who I am. Thank you all.

I made a Sjamanendrum myself. Very nice to do. It was a wonderful weekend with very nice and friendly people. Nice dinner, slept well and in the evening enjoyed the campfire and a glass of wine. The nature around you is fantastic. If you want to relax, take your breath away from our busy, demanding society, this is the place to be. And if you want to be active between reflecting, that is possible too.
