We had our eye on an Audi A6 Avant from 2005, a so-called young timer. Test drive requested and the car tested well with the test drive. We bought it overjoyed and proud. But after 3 days the engine failure light came on. Car read by garage around here and was something with, probably, the lambda probe. We copied this report to the garage and immediately informed us that we had to come back and then they went to see what was going on. We made them a lot of coffee and hot chocolate poorer, but our complaints were dealt with seriously and it turned out .... We disappeared the car too much with our Excellium fuel, he was not used to that. Pressed on our hearts to call again in case of recurring complaint, we left Emmeloord with an equally proud and rich feeling !! Super service !!

After seeing a nice Peugeot 508 on the internet at this company, I made an appointment on November 25 to view this car and take a test drive. With a sales price of 5950, the car was fairly normal (a bit on the high side) priced for a 508 with this mileage. The car looked good and I was helped very friendly and well. Unfortunately, it turned out during the test drive that the car was very slow and stuttered when accelerating ... Can happen of course. After the test drive I indicated this, and also indicated that I would like to conclude a purchase contract under the condition of repair, but the garage owner first wanted to look at the problem of the car, which is also fine of course. Because this would take a little longer he would call me if they knew more. After a week (today) I got a call from the garage, the Peugeot's catalytic converter was clogged and they have now replaced it. We got a misunderstanding about the costs of this restoration, which clearly irritated me. The day after this conversation I received a nice call back from the owner about this conversation, he apologized several times for the misunderstanding and we spoke everything and he explained things more clearly. We were able to conclude a deal that everyone feels comfortable with for the purchase of the Peugeot and the trade-in of my car. Hopefully I can pick up the car soon.
