On the Donelli website; No, we have stopped online sales since 2020 to fully focus on the quality and service in our store in Bilthoven. Visited the store last Saturday, but the saleswomen may have to check what is on the website. A good afternoon is too much trouble. Then try on shoes with my son. The saleswoman stood by and looked at it. Didn't have any other customers she was serving at the time. If you want to buy shoes, it is nice that you can try on both shoes and walk on them and the saleswoman will make an effort and help you in any case. Try to buy from the local entrepreneur ...... Donelli never again!

Yesterday, Monday, February 24, 2020, traveled to Donelli in Bilthoven because I was looking for nice shoes. Very bad experience with the ladies who were working there. It took a long time before we saw anyone. When I informed this lady that she was wearing nice shoes, I got the comment: "Yes, you shouldn't wait until the sale in February, then they will no longer be there." I found this a nasty comment. First, I didn't know there was a sale, and second, there are plenty of people who can only buy something in a sale! Then another customer was helped and my daughter and I were not worthy of a glance. No question in the meantime whether we could find it or if she would help us in this way. Another saleswoman was sorting shoes and did not bother to speak to us, let alone help. We had three pairs of nice shoes in mind, but we left the store very disappointed. A financial mistake and we will no longer bother to visit this store more often. What is strange is that you can only post a message when you click on a star. Of course, these store employees do not deserve a single star!
