The assistant is very rude. As if you want to meet her boyfriend. The GP himself also makes you feel that you are inconvenient and are wasting his time. So you dare not even call for an appointment. Have you finally regained the courage to call once for an appointment, you know right away why you actually want to avoid it. When you study in another city and try to make an appointment on your day off (and then you still call a day earlier), that is not possible at all, even if it is very urgent and they always refer you to the same day in the week. Both the GP and the assistant seem to have a substantial burn-out.

Pleasant practice, clear communication and think along with you to find solutions if, for example, you are not so easy to plan because of busy work.

They are closed every holiday. I had called this doctor on Sunday evening when I got a playband that I had to call Schaafsma. I did this the next day because on Monday Nielen was closed. Bit strange .. then the Schaafsma telephone operator told me that Mr. Nielen had been on night shift and that they were therefore closed on Monday. so I call today (Tuesday) to Nielen and explain the story to the receptionist. He became angry and unreasonable and said that the other operator had not told me about that night shift. How can she know what I have heard? Then she did curt, chagarine and bid and she told me I'm going to hang up because I keep the line occupied bye. WHERE CAN I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT FOR THAT ridiculous MAN?

Very difficult to reach by telephone. They let you hold safely for 10 minutes. Healthcare also leaves something to be desired.
