We had no idea where to start for our wedding rings. We went here on a walk-in evening and were able to see what we wanted until after closing time. In the end, the ring of my wife turned out not to be quite the size. The ring has been returned, neatly adjusted to the correct size. We are always kept informed about our rings. We are therefore very satisfied with WEDDING RINGS LOUNGE. They work professionally and know very well what they are talking about. What a great experience! My partner and I knew exactly what we liked and didn't like, and yet we just couldn't find the right wedding ring. Different elements of different rings appealed to us, but none had everything. Everything came together for us at the TrouwringenLounge. Fantastically guided by Pascal in a creative process, it ensured that two unique designs were created, which fully met our wishes and especially suited our style. The program that is used ensures that all ideas that you are still thinking about at that moment can be immediately visualized, so that you know which choices you are making and as a result you know exactly what the end result will look like. (Very nice for people who - like myself - are not visual.) Also, the patience and sincere involvement of Pascal should be mentioned. From the start he has been incredibly hospitable to us and always assisted with a smile. Even if we were stuck for a while and did not know how to proceed. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to do things that little bit differently!
