I was treated for a serious shoulder injury in January 2019 and July 2 and I am doing powerlifting so it is important to get healthy again and together with Mark I succeeded in being completely pain free!

There is a pleasant atmosphere at Fisiocentrum Urk. I go with pleasure every week! The guidance and the other staff are very friendly. You get good help and you get exercises for a specific purpose: whether it is about losing weight or building up strength. You can also work independently, if you attract more. I participate in group fitness myself. This is one hour once or twice a week. The first half hour you can do independently and the second half of the hour you do exercises with the group.
