Lunched yesterday. Interior is nicely adapted to this time. On a number of fronts less than in previous years. Operation is not professional. It strikes me that there are many young employees who have not yet mastered operating. Everyone has to learn but under supervision. No high chair upon arrival as agreed. Too many people covered. For three people, napkins and cutlery were missing. Less choice. Mini frikandels, colored mice, etc. I can also eat this at home. Refilling of jugs was done at the end of the brunch. I'm not one to whine quickly. But this is a reason for me not to return.

We eat here often and the food is very tasty.
