Scapino is the best store, I like it, but some (not all) of the workers in emmeloord branch need customer behavior training or customer care training, their behavior is not good at all with customers which will cause to reduce its customers slowly.

very bad customer service. I ordered something (because of the Corona lockdown), which already costs € 3.95 shipping costs. the shoes are too small, so we MUST send them back (even though € 6.95). after that we have to order them again (so again € 3.95). that is roughly 15 euros in total. the customer service is more than 20 people for you, who are not ready after 5 minutes (hangs up after half an hour). i hope they improve customer service otherwise i will never buy anything here again.

Delightful shop. Especially now that there is finally air conditioning. Very refreshing and it is a lot more attractive to walk through the store. Anyway nice during these hot days warme
