Bought a milling cutter in April 2020, it falls back and has a loose contact. After a difficult start to speak to them I have been informed that I can send him back. You would think very neat if it were not that the costs of returning in combination with not being able to carry out work are much higher than that cost the cutter Nevertheless, they continue to invoke their conditions and I have agreed to this through my purchase. There is no courtesy or understanding that the costs are much higher for me if I have to send it back in combination with canceling people. Milling cutter was only 59.95. I understood if they had sent an old woman so I could go ahead and do the repair. But no, no flexibility here either and they claim their “right” The defect has been filmed and sent to them, but this has no effect. Be warned because yes they keep to their warranty conditions but as a customer you stand against the wall and are going to get high costs. Would be good to check because I now know that there are companies that are lenient and if necessary send you a loan device because in this time we can no longer do without. The owners and staff also like and review their own websites and pages, which gives an incorrect and unreliable impression of the service. The names below are their own in order to update the star, incidentally I have reported this because this is deception.
