Friends of ours are married in this beautiful church. Authentic and cozy; a gem.

Beautiful church with light blue ceiling and dark brown benches, intimate and with a beautiful natural environment. About 70 people fit in the church. We have held our wedding ceremony there. During the preparations, the staff member of the church thought along well with us and went through everything well. The service itself was very nice with many thanks to our predecessor and musicians. The pastor and musicians had come especially from our own church. The pastor was provided with a headset by the kijfhoekkerk and the musicians themselves provided microphones and an amplifier. There is a sound system on site, but there were problems with this on our day (even though it had been tested twice before and went well). The employee indicated in advance that she had had problems with the music more often. Unfortunately that was also the case with us. We found this very unfortunate as the entrance and the song was something important for us. The tip for bridal couples is to have all the coordination on the day itself done by your own master of ceremonies and to leave the music entirely to the musicians. Two captains on a ship can cause chaos and you don't want that on such an important day. In addition, it is useful to know that the aisle is narrow, so with a wide wedding dress you cannot walk through it properly on someone's arm. We had a toast after the ceremony, which is nice for a short moment (15 minutes), but after that it gets a bit tight and you notice that people would rather have more room.
