Quick, friendly and skilful hair dresser

This location has varying service. I have been here when staff were friendly and I liked my new hair cut very much with an experienced lady there. But the last time I was there in October 2017 I can't say that I was happy. I waited for over 2 hrs for a specific hairdresser. I finally walked out when she started working on a client that l let go ahead of me. The hair dresser had to do this, because the hairstylist couldn't do the job due to inexperience. That morning I had let 3 people go ahead of me just so I could be worked on by my favorite person. It's a shame both she and the other hairstylist were rude and did not understand my position. Unfortunately they lost a client that day and perhaps I may never go back. :-(
