You or shop did not want to help me and let me drive for nothing and your reaction was like a closed door, therefore my review because you leave the customer cold and not the other way around, and not for that 40 cents (which is 15% of total amount is;) but also all those other products that you rate too highly. Some since this review could have been prevented by more understanding and leniency. The amount of cents mentioned by you tells more about you or the store because it is not about money but about the principle, 40 cents or 4000, - which I have almost issued or had issued at your stores in the past year. Doesn't matter when it comes to the customer and the animal instead of just poen poen poen poen! Plus that no benefit guarantee of own range is allocated, which may exist by law, such as with large and reliable regular customer chains. Something that is bought and is significantly discounted within a month, sometimes halved, can be compensated for the difference. Even if something breaks too quickly or lacks quality or a production error, it is not looked after and the customer is judged on it, and even claims to have caused it himself. In short, permanently pointing (manipulating) to get rid of it (this is called pushing policy) unfortunately, unfortunately it is only about money at Petvoordeelshop and not about the customer, owner or animal, perhaps even worse! Ps. I now understand very well why regular customers go to more famous pet stores or the Action for these types of toys or furniture. So lovely people .... Be careful what you buy!
