So I bought foil balloons (2x) here per piece € 7.95! I also had them filled here with helium (€ 7 each). It has been indicated that the helium will remain in the balloons for at least 7 days. However, the balloons were empty that evening! So I was able to enjoy the balloons with helium in them for a moment. We had telephone contact about this and it is again indicated that the helium must remain for at least 7 days. We are now 4 days later and the balloons are completely empty. when asked how we can solve this, it is casually stated that they will refill the balloons. I have now no more use for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately madam no money back and this is the only solution! Not customer friendly at all! So this is the first and last time that I have balloons filled with helium here. I am not concerned with the € 15.00 I paid for the filling, but with the principle! Also very difficult to reach! I tried to contact me multiple times, there is no answer!

On March 21 I bought some balloons. Only I am absolutely not satisfied with the following product (1041988) - Foil Balloon Rose Gold Number 4-Size 86cm - per piece for € 7.95 In combination with Helium (1003859) € 7.0 I paid a total of € 14.95 for a Helium balloon which I would use the same afternoon for our mini birthday party because of corona. After balloon collection went home by car (10 min). On arrival I already felt that the balloon had already softened. At around 5:00 PM, the balloon was already so soft it barely floated. (See attachment) On March 24 sent an email with the complaint, barely received a response. Very bad this.
