I was looking for a new phone and a better plan so I decided to try T-Mobile. I was assisted by Chantal, wonderful person with all-round knowledge on the provider services, offers and best money saving options. I strongly reccomend to anyone visiting this store to specifically ask for her!

Been a customer with t mobile for years now, and their network is simply the best. I do find it strange they don't offer a discount if you take multiple products from them (like second phone, home internet etc)EDIT 06-09 : Store employees in Dordrecht are arrogant and seem to know everything better, customer is King is far far away here people.

I have been helped very well by Rumeysa, Jimmy and Cristian. Cozy atmosphere and friendly employees always left the store with a smile! 😇

Today very good help with the T-mobile in Dordrecht by Lisa! She took all the time for us and gave us super good advice, we left the store super happy and satisfied with our new IPhone 11! Definitely recommended to visit there. Despite the corona time, it is possible there to be helped well at an appropriate distance and behind plexiglass, which was experienced as very nice and pleasant.

Due to Covid-19 custom store. Max 2 customers indoors. Service as before, read well and friendly. Now almost without touching. Separate experience.
