I would rate this with 0 stars if I could. After opening an account, I was notified by letter in Dutch (although I specified I was an international student) that I had to go to that address. I didn't bring my card PIN along which resulted in me waiting in the que for 40 minutes for nothing. I tried to go again and the que was almost as long as to be out of the store, so I left. Although the lady working there is very kind, it is just impossible and barbarous for the employee to have to serve so many people without a break. Please get more employees.

A relatively simple pick-up message can take a very long time (> 1 hour) at this location because there is 1 ING employee and it looks like everyone in The Hague is being sent to that point. Ridiculous if you know that there are plenty of other locations in the area.
