The Penthouse at The Hague Tower

Reception woman is unfriendly and cares more about what’s on her computer screen. I asked to go to the bar / restaurant and was told it’s for hotel guests only. No excuse for such bad staff. This is not true, it’s public, she was just too rude and lazy to help. Their loss!

We ordered three drinks, I had the spiked cold brew & a regular mimosa, while my fiancée had the lemon blueberry mimosa. I loved both my drinks & he liked his also. He ordered the omelette that has shrimp & crawfish, which he loved while I had a Belgian Waffle with potatoes. The potatoes were SO GOOD. There really wasn't anything about this place I didn't love. I can't wait to visit the casinos again so we can eat brunch here again!

Had a lovely dinner at the top of the building. What an amazing view, wich you can admire while waiting for you next dish. The food was really amazing, but made it a bit more special due to the view. Sunset was beautiful! Would love to come back here often!

“Wannabe” Skybar. Lacking class and service quality is low. Food is ok and also the view is nice of course. However, that does not make up for the negative aspects. In my opinion it is overpriced and overhyped. There are better places in the city for the money.

Gorgeous view, but the food was thoroughly underwhelming. For all the advertising about the “highest restaurant in the Netherlands”, I would’ve expected them to keep their food to a higher standard... Service: friendly waiters Food: the sashimi starter was lukewarm, the entrecôte main was overcooked (while the vegetables on the side were undercooked), and the dessert looked and tasted cheap. The vegetarian linguine main unfortunately also tasted odd. So much for “fine dining“ - sometimes I wonder if restaurants think they can get away with making worse food just because they have a great location..? Luckily the wine made up for the food... Atmosphere: a lovely view of The Hague, you can see as far as the beach! However it was stuffy in the restaurant and the purple lighting was distracting
