Very disappointed by eyelash extensions that I had here. The extensions are glued to several hairs in many places and even to my eyelid in some places, which caused me to experience a lot of pain as my natural eyelashes grew. Also, the placement of the extensions was badly done and instead of an open look it seemed as if I was constantly squinting.

Super sweet and cozy ladies at this hair salon. I have been coming here for a few years now and I always leave the house super satisfied. Also very nice for eyebrow plucking ❤

I've been going to Çağla for years. 😇 I had balyage years ago and Çağla has been very honest about which color would and would not suit me. Her advice is always very honest. Top place, clean and nice coffee😉

This salon / hairdresser found through Social media, man man man if you should believe the photos you would think you get value for money .. But what a waste of money. I went for a balayage but I am so angry and disappointed. My hair is just burned from leaving the foils too long .. first impression is that she knows what she is doing but if you are dissatisfied .. What a customer unfriendly greedy lady! And that mother of hers who also thinks everything knows better what a nauseous show all that happens there. During the blow-drying of my hair I immediately indicated that it did not feel okay but I had to let it rest for a while and it would be fine .. when I called back a few days later that I was dissatisfied with the result, the owner Cagla went blame me that I really wanted a light balayage and that it was actually not possible with my dark brown hair .. and that she could not meet me in any other way .. people really where do you spend money there no treatment therefore .. I also hear from other people that they do beauty treatments there without really having the qualifications and that no quality but cheap junk is used. Bad bad and bad again!

Had made an appointment in the store to discuss exactly what I wanted with my hair, then I went to the appointment and waited 2 hours. When it was finally my turn, one hairdresser shouted to another "we must hurry or we will not make it (with closing time)". It was funny that I had an appointment at 2 pm and was helped at 4 am. Then I was told that what I wanted with her I could not and had to make 2 appointments. I was not told that when I made my appointment. I have left the hairdresser and I really do not recommend it, because what I wanted with my hair was succeeded at once with another hairdresser in the bogaard, where they are on time, patience & customer friendly!
