Terrible experience, the van had battery issues. To top it off, they charged me 183 EUR for a 3 minute long assistance for jump starting the van. The van was handed in to me with the motor already running, so who knows if they had just jump started it (Tip: on pick up always switch the vehicle off and see if you can start it again). Battery must have been in less than 30% of its capacity when I got the van. On top of that, they are extremely unfriendly, as you can read in other reviews.

While returning the vehicle they keep you waiting for ages while they talk to new customers on the phone.
