Reinier de Graaf Groep (RdGG) Location Voorburg

I have been tested for a few things on two separate occasions. The nurses were hot, The doctors are cool, knowledgeable and everyone is professional and very willing to help.

Unfortunately very bad experiences with this hospital. As everyone knows, care and health is not a joke and should be addressed seriously and with attention. Unfortunately really not the case here. Firstly, I waited a long time for a follow-up appointment, when I then (after 1.5 weeks of calling, it was only sorted out because it “had not come through properly.”) After this it was investigated why I did not get an appointment and this was simply just forget to say it. By the way, I have never received this appointment again to this day. Secondly, this hospital has scheduled the wrong appointment for me no less than twice so far, and to request this (wrong) appointment and thus schedule it takes a week and a half, if it is no longer. Which means that I have been waiting an extra 3 weeks now, which could be prevented if people here at the desk had the knowledge to do what they actually have to do. All this unnecessary waste of time, no matter how harsh it sounds, is due to the extreme unprofessionalism of the people who work here. This is very unfortunate because I had genuine faith in this hospital when I was referred to it. In retrospect I regret coming here. Given my condition / health is also getting worse, which I have clearly indicated to several doctors I have spoken to during my appointments. Unfortunately, they have not followed up to remedy this, they have done the opposite here at Reinier de Graaf, not enough attention and professionalism put in, so that to this day I still wait for the appointment where it has been since the beginning already comes to. And this, to be fair, is more than a month later.

Pleasant location in Voorburg. Usually fast treatment and nice staff.

No one at the counters. Wait a long time.

Small-scale sometimes has advantages ... 😉
