Bad repair service. The button broke accidentally during the repair for the watch hands. The store could not fix the button. He said that if the button can be repaired by another store, he will reimburse the amount. But he wants to know the amount in advance before it is repaired. I did it, namely taking the watch to another store and that store said he thinks the repair will cost around € 20. The Babylon Jeweler shop agreed that it will pay € 20. Two months later the watch was finished with the repair and the repair costs were raised to € 50. Babylon Jeweler refuses to pay € 50, because one of the reasons is that returning two months later for the increased amount is not possible. The repair took two months, since the store did not have a special part for the button. It had to be ordered from Sweden and something went wrong with the order. That's why it slowed down. The other reason of Babylon Jeweler is that the amount can only be given once and not later a second amount. I was not told that in advance and the repairer cannot always state a fixed amount before the repair. During the repair a new problem can be discovered, which increases the repair costs. Finally, Babylon Jeweler accidentally broke the button of the watch and only gave half a fee. He caused it and I have to bear the consequences.
