Very dissatisfied ! I sent our carpets to this company with all my neighbors. Today we received our carpets, one of which was visibly dirty. On the phone they told me that I can return that carpet with the person who brought it. This very unfriendly gentleman said that he will not take this carpet with him because it stains that do not come out. I brushed a little over it with dasty and sponge and it is stains that can be polished away. This gentleman has called the case and has been arguing that he is not going to take this carpet with him because there was also a piece of chewing gum on it that I also had when I first sent it. He hung up the phone and said I will not take it with me. I am the boss of that case. When you brought the carpet, you did not say that it is possible that a few stains cannot be removed. and if this is the case, your view might take half the price of that one carpet! In addition to customers arguing on the telephone with employees, it is also very unprofessional! You have not lost 1 customer but all my neighbors of this apartment where you have been today on September 9 will never again choose you as a cleaning company! I find this very sad!
