I live in Westland and there are few companies that offer this service in my area. - I got a call back for an appointment pretty quickly. The appointment could also be made in the short term. Cons: - My rug was picked up early in the morning (7am) ​​and returned around the same time. The first time I was prepared for this, but unfortunately not the second time. Delivery would be on Saturday or Monday, but this has not been communicated to me anymore. - I am not satisfied with the way in which cleaning has been done. Unfortunately, stains are still visible. In addition, a thick 'strip' is visible that appears to have been squashed. Here everything seems stuck together. Moreover, it feels hard. I called about this. The employee asked me to send some photos. He then told me that the carpet has been cleaned by machine and that this can happen (especially in places where you walk a lot). It cannot be resolved anymore. Very Disappointing. I now have an expensive carpet that I can no longer use. We tried to hide part of it under the sofa. In vain, it is still visible. All in all: we are dissatisfied.
