I have never seen a better service in a dealership ever. I need an urgent repair. The best case scenario would take 3 weeks because of a part, but they did not rest until they managed a solution for me for the next working day. Special thanks to the chief manager of mechanics Hoera that went there on purpose for me with no problems to take the job on his hands. Also special thanks for Christian and Winfred for their worries on helping me the better they could. All team is very qualified and very honest persons that do the best to help the customer. Thanks.

Beautiful business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought an occasion XC60 here last week. The warmest welcome and the communication in the pre- and post-process (mainly with Winfred) was very pleasant. I had a malfunction of the boost pressure sensor 1 day after purchase (could just continue driving though, was not exciting), for which I was able to make an appointment for repair immediately, without any difficulty. I could just wait for the recovery, with two cups of coffee and some literature and the car in the capable hands of Ben and his team. Fine.
As a sales advisor, Tim is a friendly and above all down-to-earth guy, who is also knowledgeable in the field. A combination that I have not often encountered.
All in all: I definitely recommend Volvo Nieuwenhuijse Raalte !!
Volvo v50 bought nice car after 3 weeks driving a failure in it. They wanted to look at it but further investigations would cost money now 600 euros further still outage. They say that the malfunction has never been there before while I have had it read at another Volvo dealer and the malfunction has been there before. A lot of money, further interference and he drives very badly
