In June 2020 we bought a car from this dealer. We live in Rotterdam ourselves so quite a drive. What we especially liked at the time was the great service and most certainly the friendliness. And I know it is said yes when you buy something they are always friendly. Now winter tires had to be put on our car and a small turn was also necessary and despite the fact that we had to drive back and forth for almost 4 hours, this visit was also great !! Nothing was too much, I got an explanation about everything and at the slightest doubt, the mechanic went to check everything. Really I would say all to Raalte because what friendly people. For us they get a 10 PLUS🥇🥇🥇

We were fooled for 1000 euros. After a major overhaul (Sander) we got the car back with more complaints than before. The brakes (before that we went here) made a huge noise and when turning in the car suddenly made a huge noise. Of course I went back for this and helped by a lady who turns everything around. They have checked the car again, it suddenly appears that the rear brakes also need to be replaced and costs of around 700 euros have to be incurred at the steering wheel. Think carefully before getting your car repaired here. They are not honest, lie and cheat in front of you and when you confront them with this, they just kind of beat around the bush. Worthless.
