Good drivers, unfortunately poor communication at the office itself. My mother is sick and has indicated on several occasions that she cannot board a high bus. Despite this they send a high bus and if you call about this you get an arrogant woman on the line. Who doesn't even want to give her name if you ask. Unfortunately, my sick mother is dependent on this type of transport.

Take a taxi regularly to and from Schiphol. Works fine. Always on time, good telephone contact if there are changes and many ways to get you picked up at Schiphol (Meeting Point STA desk or departure hall upstairs). Everything is possible, as long as you indicate it. The costumer is king.
