A battery ratchet ordered on the advice of the VEAM representative. After 2 weeks that thing was already broken off and sent for warranty. Then it turned out that there was nothing true about the lie story of the Representative! NO GUARANTEE!! 2 WEEKS!! can use!. It was a battery ratchet of 300 euros! wasted money so if you do something about it. And now it's coming! I never got my defective Ratel back! probably just have it made under warranty and kept for itself or even worse sold to another unsuspecting customer! All representatives of other automotive suppliers who have been here did not have a good word about VEAM and now I unfortunately have to agree. People be smart and buy from a reliable company if you just need daily things may not be a problem here, But after-sales service is not to be expected here.
