Excellent service. Friendly, inexpensive and quality tools

What a bad thing, mainly because of the gentleman at the back of the office. This tent and actually that gentleman does not deserve a single star. Unfortunately I have to give 1.

Fast response via email and telephone, good material for good prices and staff who are friendly and helpful.

Had rented a sanding machine, but it was not powerful enough so after 5 minutes I wanted to exchange it for another type, but unfortunately it could not be exchanged and I had to pay twice.

Customer friendliness is hard to find at this company. Especially the gentleman who works in the office behind the counter (+ - 30 years) is miserable to stand up for his customers. Let his colleagues prefer to walk. Upon returning, Mr. was smoking outside and letting me wait until he had finished smoking ... sin of such a nice thing!
