I brought my watch for a repair ;-) The hands of my MK watch and the name itself on the half were loose, because it had fallen. I took it to jeweler van der black with you. I was told that they can only take out the hands and letters that were off. I said then you know if you can get the name out, that's fine too I then indicated that they should not throw away the hands and letters, but simply put them in a bag. Have it repeated so much and I was assured they would. After 2 weeks I didn't hear anything anymore, I decided to call them. They said it was ready. Then went to pick him up. And to my surprise, of all those hands there were only 5 in that bag 🤭 No letter to be found. I said where is the rest ?? Yes this is what we could do. I said but this is not what I asked for. And then she said I will call and speak to the person, because he is also present. So I think was a woman and they were talking. She comes back: Yes, ma'am, I was told that those pointers and letters jumped out like that, she couldn't do anything😳. I say this really is not possible. You can leave the 12 of all those hands on it 🤔 Without resolving just like that, went home disappointed. And went on with their work as if nothing had happened. Very sorry;-( You could also have called to indicate that it was not successful. And also call that I could pick it up, and give it right away. But I had to wait 2 weeks for your phone to run myself. That's not how you treat customers, do you? Too bad Too bad ;-(

My forthcoming bought the engagement ring here and he could be exchanged if the ring was too small or too big. It was too small. I was going to trade it. I got the price and the comment that I actually had to pay extra. So not a pleasant experience.
