Little knowledge of knees, absolutely do not listen to you. I was given exercises so that my injury is now even worse than before I stepped inside. I would look a little further.

A great practice. Friendly staff and good equipment to train with. I really enjoy going there. It's not a commercial gym with arrogant staff. Really great!

Very good practice complaint was handled very well but also received exercises that I had to work with. Really go there so friendly and that is important too
