Visited Ms. Kappel for a consultation. The possibilities were clearly explained. The operation was performed very competently. The team that operated on me consisted of knowledgeable people who were very friendly and involved. I am very satisfied with the result and very satisfied with the aftercare that is provided. In short: what was an exciting operation for me turned out to be a pleasant experience with an enormous improvement in my health.
