Recently placed an order. Unfortunately not all items were in stock, so an alert was set on the website to be notified when the item would be back in stock. The next day I already received an email that the desired item was available again. I immediately called customer service to ask if the item could still be added to my order. Maybe it wasn't out the door yet. The answer was almost immediately, I did not have to struggle through a menu. I got an employee (Rogier) on the phone. Given the noise behind him, he was clearly not in a call center and was - so was my impression - busy working in the warehouse. Funny, I recognized his name from the newsletters. Does come across as personal. Rogier knew immediately which article it was about. Only asked for my name and within a minute managed to find my just not shipped package. I was just in time. He promised to add the missing item and send a separate invoice for it (after all, I had already paid the rest online). Still saves shipping costs. Delivered on time today, including the first item not in stock. Top service, very personal.
