Great shop for runners. My wife forgot her running shoes here in our Holidays. Usually it takes her forever to fit the right shoes. At that Shop, she was ready in nearly no time. Great service and great variety of running equipment to choose from.

Disappointing service. A hole in a shoe after less than 6 months of use apparently falls under normal wear and tear on a 170 euro shoe. When the relevant employee wanted to explain to me that this is a complaint that occurs more often and can only be prevented by sticking a piece of leather in the shoe when purchasing and I can get a 20% discount when buying a new shoe, it seemed sensible to end discussion. The added value of all brick & mortar is service, my advice is to take these kinds of complaints a little more seriously.

5 star service! My ordered shoes were delivered personally by the store in Noordwijkerhout. Unfortunately there appeared to be a production error, this turned out to be during my first lap. The same afternoon the Running Shop was already at the door with another pair, due to circumstances even a more luxurious model without additional payment. Well resolved !!
