Brasserie - Bar De Zalm

Affordable and a very nice quality. The quantities are quite big as well, I would definitely recommend having a brunch there. The view is really nice if you eat outside.

Staff were friendly, service was relaxed but I've found this everywhere I've been in Holland. The Dutch are far more laid back than in the UK.

Very nice place for a quick bite, cup of coffee, lunch or diner. Great atmosphere and nice view on the famous Gouda marketplace and townhall. Good and friendly service. Definitely a place to visit. There is also a nice heated terrace.

Great location and history. Sadly the service was inconsistent. Some staff were great and others were just ignorant. In a city with this many options, it explains why it was so empty, so I don’t think I was the first to experience it. Prices were normal as was the quality.
