The day after my father passed away, an unknown period started for us. We decided to look for a local, small-scale funeral director and we came into contact with Josche. I live in Norway and it became clear that I could not attend the funeral. But I wanted to arrange it properly. And in Josche's hands it was good. Very good. From minute 1 to now, at settlement. And then your mother / mother-in-law dies completely unexpectedly. And now???? Looking for a funeral director in the middle of the night and then come across a photo with a description of which you immediately know: this suits us !!! And that expectation was completely justified. Manuela has helped us with advice, tips, thinking out of the box but also rules and thought, and so we were able to arrange a farewell that suits us and that felt completely right. My mother's funeral was arranged with professional love by Josche. She knew how to match our wishes and ideas and came up with valuable additions herself, making the farewell even more complete and personal. The basket in which my mother was placed was beautiful! Relief in sad times, that's what Josche does. An empathetic and creative person, an organizational talent and honest. Josche helps to make every funeral unique, in which the personality of the deceased is expressed. We have experienced the contact with her very warmly and respectfully. That becomes clear because we call her Josche and not "the lady of the funeral home"!
