Last Saturday morning I bought a € 15 bouquet for a friend who has been there for me recently. Yesterday I spoke to her and she said that the bunch of flowers was bad on Tuesday and she had to put it away on Wednesday. Today 4/7 I went to the store to report this. I did this very kindly, but fully automatic and unfriendly I was asked to show a photo of the flowers. Because that is what the boss wants. Or my girlfriend should have come along with the bunch of flowers (she lives in the outskirts of Dalfsen). It was a very unpleasant conversation that I started kindly, but the attitude of the lady where I put my complaint made me angry and angry. She kept talking about her boss. I asked if they would like to call me soon. I always think: better a complaining customer than no customer. They have lost me and the extremely bad service makes this story reach many more people. So: if you give a bouquet as a gift, please add that in case things collapse quickly, the recipient must take a picture of it. It's just a tip.

Super service. Beautiful bunch of flowers ordered via the internet, neatly delivered, unfortunately something has been overlooked, but the response was super fast and repaired to your satisfaction. Very happy with it.

My husband had ordered roses for our wedding day with the agreement that they would be delivered around eleven o'clock a little later at half past five they had no flowers.
