Today shamefully poorly helped by a laurens on the phone. I kindly muttered (as a company) called as an existing customer (only not registered in the computer) with a technical question, for the waterproofing of a 110 pipe penetration through a concrete wall. Sir didn't want to help me. Ok I thought: strange. Then I ask if I can order through 1 of my plumbers or the contractor working here. Answer: no we don't do business like that. Ok thought I shouldn't get crazier. So I ask: If I want to call in someone to order such a part ... without letting me finish talking, I was barked. So I ask: I have to know if you have something similar before I put energy into this. Once again: no sorry sir, have a nice day. This is really outrageous, I have NEVER really NEVER been helped so badly on the phone. I don't believe the technical union is a bad company, but such workers like Laurens are more likely to break down the shop than build it for you.
